Aggiungere il miele e poi le noci tritate. Deve risultare denso ma compatto.&lt;br /&gt;Spianare la pasta frolla (lasciare una parte per formare il coperchio) mettere nella telgia e rivestire anche le pareti laterali.  &lt;p class="MsoNormal"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:10pt;"&gt;1 bustina di lievito per dolci&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p class="MsoNormal"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:10pt;"&gt;Gr. 400 di fragole mature&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p class="MsoNormal"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:10pt;"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p class="MsoNormal"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:10pt;"&gt;Procedimento&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p class="MsoNormal"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:10pt;"&gt;Preparate tutti gli ingredienti sul tavolo e prima di procedere accendere il forno a 180°.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p class="MsoNormal"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:10pt;"&gt;Prepariamo le fragole lavandole e dividendole a metà.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p class="MsoNormal"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:10pt;"&gt;Iniziamo a fare l’impasto mettendo il burro, lo zucchero, l’uovo (le uova), il latte in una ciotola e montare con lo sbattitore. In un altro recipiente, mescolare la farina con il sale e il lievito, unite al composto precedentemente preparato, mescolare poco.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p class="MsoNormal"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:10pt;"&gt;Ora ungete una teglia di un diametro circa 21 cm, versarvi il composto cercando di livellarlo, poi versiamoci sopra le fragole, cospargendole per tutto il dolce.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p class="MsoNormal"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:10pt;"&gt;Ora siamo pronti ad infornare, i primi dieci minuti a 180° poi abbassare a 160° e cuocere per circa 60 minuti.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p class="MsoNormal"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:10pt;"&gt;Io ho il forno nuovissimo e mi sono stati sufficienti 30 minuti a 160°, quindi regolatevi a seconda dei tempi di cottura del vostro forno.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; Aggiungere la scoza del limone e continuare a lavorare fino a quando l'impasto avrà preso una certa elasticità. Mettere in un recipiante coperto con un panno e lasciate riposare per un paio d'ore.&lt;span style="color: rgb(255, 102, 102);"&gt; (ho usato la mdp programma impasto)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Spianare poi con il mattarello fino a raggiungere lo spessore di circa  un centimetro.
